The children's pool was too cold. I also found the staff unhelpful (I could not communicate with them). Our room was not clean. The furniture in the room looked cheap and worn.

The hotel's location provides a tranquil setting with fine sea views (a very special experience). The beaches are clean and ideal for swimming. The bathrooms are modern and well-stocked. Staff members were helpful and friendly .

Our beautiful suite was really lovely and large enough. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very big. I was impressed with the water pressure in the shower.

The hotel sits on a peninsula and offers great views in every direction. Being on an island provides a nothing noisy. It is very secluded and quiet (perfect for a relaxing trip).

Both swimming pools are lovely and well kept. The ocean swimming area is safe and nice for snorkelling. All-inclusive drinks and food options are extensive. The hotel offers live music every night.

The buffet offered a good variety and the food was of a high quality.
The pools were cold, including the kids pool. The staff were unhelpful. I found that no one speaks English, made communication difficult.
