generally satisfactory stay

modern rooms lovely food helpful staff dirty pool insufficient service frustrating experience

the room was clean and modern. i found the food to be lovely during both breakfast and dinner. all staff were professional and helpful, especially charles (he was cute).

i noticed the service fell short in some areas.
