admirable coastal stay

clean room beautiful view really good service lobby design

the hotel offered a beautiful, clean room! i was impressed by the sea view from my room and the spacious design. duygu provided really good service , she was a very nice host. the hotel lobby design and ambiance presented opportunities for capturing lovely photographs!

The gym could benefit from better maintenance. Some equipment looked worn. also, the distance to bodrum central necessitated taxis, raising transportation expenses

The hotel provided a shuttle to its beach club. i enjoyed the pools. there was a restaurant that had variable food and staff was friendly. i appreciated fulya and the team. They were professional.

refreshing lemonade cute staff limited breakfast dirty earbuds

i found the staff very cute. we arrived 30 minutes before our reservation, and everything was ready. they even served refreshing lemonade during check-in, which i thought was very thoughtful.

the breakfast options seemed limited. also, i noticed used dirty cotton earbuds in my room upon arrival, not ideal.

Modern Hotel With Amazing Service

spacious room hygiene items

I found the room VERY spacious and tidy. The bathroom included all required personal hygiene items. It was also spacious and clean. The receptionists were helpful with recommendations for suitable attractions. I REALLY enjoyed the delicious breakfast when I requested traditional Turkish options.

I found the pool music kept stopping. I needed to ask staff to restart it. Service felt a bit disorganized as if the staff was new. It seemed like there were not enough staff for all duties.

The breakfast offered great quality food with a genuine Turkish variety. Fulya provided Really good customer service. She really assisted with our itinerary. The staff was awesome and even granted us a late checkout despite being fully booked. The beach club was also great!

The air conditioning wasn't working properly, though they changed the room.
