the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. i found the rooms clean and the location very convenient (the marina is a short drive away). i appreciated the attentive concierge team, they handled all reservations efficiently. i will consider coming back for future visits.

i noticed the mini bar wasn't always restocked promptly.

the infinity pool looked amazing with lounging beds right next to it. the waterfront had plush sunbeds. watersports are available, including catamaran activities (we learned about this by chance!).

The room wasn't cleaned until late in the afternoon. It was often after 5 pm. this meant that we couldn't relax in our room after a day at the beach. also, the minibar wasn't consistently restocked, nor were the pool towels or bathrobes replaced as expected. it.

I encountered some issues . The room cleaning was inconsistent. Some days, it wasn't done until late afternoon. The minibar wasn't always restocked, and fresh pool towels were often missing. these issues detracted from the overall experience, and i hope the hotel addresses them.

the reception team seemed helpful. guest relations were cute. i found their communications via whatsapp easy and fast. cleaning services were professional.

there wasn't sound isolation between rooms and the hall. i could hear footsteps in the hall. there were dogs inside the hotel in a cage in the garden barking all night.
