poor qualitydifficult requests

the staff communication was a problem. few people understood english, this made basic requests DIFFICULT. also, the food quality was disappointing. it really wasnt worth the money or the effort to go there.

The staff was friendly and cute. I especially appreciated Serhat's helpfulness. The pier provided a great alternative to the beach. It was nice to connect with the sea without dealing with sand.

The room air conditioning switched to heating automatically. The hotel changed my room to a lower grade because no rooms were available. I did not receive a refund for the price difference.

the room was spacious, with a good view. breakfast had a very good selection of products. the beach restaurant offered good food. emir in costumer relations was very attentive to all details.

the wifi connection wasnt good . the room cleanliness was not good, i noticed some dust. service was inconsistent from staff, it resulted in long wait times.
