underwhelming stay, issues with minibar and service
inaccessible minibarpoor service
i had a few issues . the minibar was packed with items. there was almost no room for my own water. i requested the staff empty it so i could use the fridge.. they didn't. also, i asked for a 15-minute delay on checkout because i stayed a week. the front desk refused saying they were "fully booked" but online it showed availability.

The valet team provided fast service upon arrival, which I appreciated. The check-in process was smooth, and I was promptly assisted by the staff. The central location provided easy access to various shopping areas and attractions, and the team ensured my comfort throughout my stay.

the staff was attentive and addressed all my needs promptly. the room was clean and well-kept. i appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel. i found the location very convenient for accessing local attractions and dining.
the gym equipment was a bit dated, and i thought some machines required maintenance.
