fantastic stay!
warm greeting spacious suite delicious breakfast
the staff greeted me warmly on arrival!!! they held my bags, so i could explore before check-in. my executive one-bedroom king suite sofa bed was spacious. alouette had complimentary breakfast that was delicious and lovely!
i noticed the gym is located in a separate building adjacent to the premises. this made it less convenient to access for a quick workout.

the location is very central! it is close to many shops and sights. the hotel is conveniently situated near several dining options and major attractions.

fantastic stay!
excellent staff penthouse suite great location boutique hotel
I had a seriously wonderful stay! the location is amazing and very quiet. i even got upgraded to the penthouse suite, so spacious! the staff are excellent and super friendly. it is one of the best boutique hotels! i can't wait to return!!!

great experience overall
excellent service elegant room complimentary bikes
the staff offered excellent service and advice on local attractions and dining. our room was elegant, and the beds provided great comfort. they stored our luggage as we used the hotel's complimentary bikes to explore the area, a fantastic bonus.
i requested early check-in but received no response. upon arrival, our room wasn't ready until after the stated check-in time. the receptionist did not seem bothered. this initial delay was frustrating.

central location free bikes confused staff noisy ventilation
The hotel has a very central location. It was close to many sites. My room included facilities that were excellent and free bikes were available for use. This was a real bonus.
The staff was confused at times. I also found that the room decor was old. The bathroom ventilation was particularly noisy. It was not the luxury experience I expected.

Excellent Experience at Central Location
european style key attraction really good service
The hotel is beautifully furnished with a European style. The location was perfect for exploring key attractions. The staff provided really good service and I found the downstairs restaurant offered a very satisfying experience. I enjoyed dinner there. Valet service provided quick in and out access.
I noticed the gym's equipment was somewhat limited. Additional machines would be useful.

I liked the convenient location. It was near many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful with questions. the rooms clean was good, and i enjoyed the complimentary wine that celebrated my birthday.
The hvac system made a lot of noise. the air flowed towards the bed as i slept. i did not sleep well because of this. the hotel have a app for check in. I find it unhandy.
