I enjoyed the multiple swimming options there are here. There is a lake, three pools, and a cenote. The grounds are beautiful. Bicycles are available allowing exploration of the hotel. I saw exotic birds, iguanas, a Mayan village, and a church during my explorations.
The hotel did not provide a shuttle service to local sites. Taxi service to the city started at $35. This made exploring surrounding areas difficult without a rental car. I recommend budgeting for transportation.

The on-site restaurant offered good portions and choices. The service was excellent as well. Breakfast featured fresh fruit and Mexican scrambled eggs.

The room was very spacious and well-equipped. Amenities included sunscreen and mosquito repellent. I had a private view. I found the rooms cool upon arrival and they smelled lovely.

The hotel is set in the jungle with both cenotes and lagoons. The hotel is quite big. Bicycles made it easy to get around. The cenote felt private.

This place is amazing with many places to swim like the lake, three pools and cenote. All are in beautiful surroundings! bikes were available. i explored the outer grounds and saw exotic birds and iguanas. i used the kayaks, paddleboards, and gym. the bed in my room looked like it should be in interiors magazine.
the resort is still a work in progress.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. it had fresh fruit and mexican scrambled eggs. the restaurant offered delicious food in a beautiful setting. the food overall was wonderful. The cocktails were also delicious!

this hotel is in the jungle and is a very quiet place! the hotel is quite big. there are many activities to choose from. there are good surprises around every corner and lovely sitting areas

the staff were lovely. gonzo, the guide, led an very nice tour of the underground river right on the hotel. we felt looked after by the staff. they were all friendly and very responsive when we had queries.
