Excellent Stay

complimentary minibar turn-down service beautiful lake convenient restaurants

My son and I enjoyed the complimentary minibar. It was refilled daily and it had no alcohol. Turndown service was a lovely touch. I appreciated the hotel being a 5-minute walk from the lake. It is beautiful. I found many restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately the room was a bit noisy. I could hear people talking in the corridor.

The hotel has a beautiful pool with a nice view of the bay. The pool area features cozy sitting areas for relaxation. I noticed an excellent tree next to the pool.

The staff was especially friendly and professional. Front desk staff contacted us prior to arrival. They ensured everything was prepared. I felt very comfortable before I even reached the hotel.

The hotel is newly renovated and looks special. the rooms are super clean. They are also high end. the staff are accommodating.

The ac was right above our heads. It was irritating. the pool area felt basic. breakfast had average food. There was also no space for us one day.

Fantastic Stay, Great Location!

The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and several restaurants. Staff service was always available and very effective. I felt welcomed by everyone. The breakfast was delicious with fresh juices and pastries. I also enjoyed the convenient location near the lake and other attractions.

The room I had lacked some artwork, and it didn't exactly match the photos online.
