the duplex suite offered spacious comfort and a large balcony. the bathroom had clarins amenities. i noticed sunbeds with towels and attentive beach service with water. amazing breakfasts included plenty choices, each one delicious.

i found that the dining menu appears limited.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned, with visible traces from the previous guest. The food options lacked variety and quality. I expected more for this category of hotel. the stay was a bit disappointing (to be honest).

i was frustrated. this meant i had to walk a long way around to access the promenade. this was especially annoying with luggage. also, the room service menu was quite limited. i expected more variety in a hotel like this. the selection was very basic. it was quite disappointing!!!

The location was acceptable, steps from the promenade. I enjoyed being close to the beach and having easy access for walks.

The promised turndown service never materialized. I requested it explicitly, but it was overlooked each night. the soundproofing in my room wasn't effective. I could hear conversations and noise from the hallway, disruptive when I tried to rest. This affected my sleep quality considerably. I hoped for more tranquility.

my room was supposedly cleaned daily, but i noticed a few times that it was just a quick tidy. there were still crumbs on the floor after "cleaning". it made relaxing on the balcony impossible! i called reception about it and nothing changed.
