spacious comfort clarins amenities attentive beach service

the duplex suite offered spacious comfort and a large balcony. the bathroom had clarins amenities. i noticed sunbeds with towels and attentive beach service with water. amazing breakfasts included plenty choices, each one delicious.

i found that the dining menu appears limited.

The location opposite the beach is really nice.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned, with visible traces from the previous guest. The food options lacked variety and quality. I expected more for this category of hotel. the stay was a bit disappointing (to be honest).

elevator malfunction limited menu

i was frustrated. the elevator near the garage was out of service during my entire stay. this meant i had to walk a long way around to access the promenade. this was especially annoying with luggage. also, the room service menu was quite limited. i expected more variety in a hotel like this. the selection was very basic. it was quite disappointing!!!

the personnel was efficient. i found them mostly helpful. the room offered sea views, and the breakfast had a good variety. the hotel include direct access to the beach by lift.

the room felt somewhat dark. i think that some area need modernisation. some other guests were noisy at night. this impacted sleep quality.

missed turndown service ineffective soundproofing

The location was acceptable, steps from the promenade. I enjoyed being close to the beach and having easy access for walks.

The promised turndown service never materialized. I requested it explicitly, but it was overlooked each night. the soundproofing in my room wasn't effective. I could hear conversations and noise from the hallway, disruptive when I tried to rest. This affected my sleep quality considerably. I hoped for more tranquility.

inconsistent cleaning constant noise

my room was supposedly cleaned daily, but i noticed a few times that it was just a quick tidy. there were still crumbs on the floor after "cleaning". it made relaxing on the balcony impossible! i called reception about it and nothing changed.
