i found the front desk service to be lovely and very helpful. the air conditioning was also quiet. it kept the room at a consistently nice temperature. i also found the breakfast buffet to be fresh and satisfying.

I felt the showerhead could use some improvement. Its functionality was adequate. however, it could benefit from a more modern or powerful design.

The bed was huge with lovely comfy linen, I slept very well. The garage has big parking spaces. I liked that there was no trying to manoeuvre tight corners!

I found there was coffee and tea in the room, but no sugar or milk provided! We only had two small bottles of water. That was just sufficient to make one drink each.

the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. there wasn't much variety, and they seemed slow to refill the food. also, i noticed some of the cleaning staff spoke really loudly in the hallways. it was hard to rest because the walls seemed thin and noise carried EASILY.

My room was very clean and modern. I found it convenient because of the local bus service to the city center. The secure parking was a bonus. I liked this location.

I found no sugar or milk for the tea and coffee in my room. I had two small bottles of water and that was sufficient for only one drink each. I went to the cafe bar. The menu was not very good there.
