fantastic selectionsecure storagemodern decor
the breakfast selection was fantastic. i found secure cycle storage which was a plus for me. the decor felt smart and modern throughout the hotel.
the bed was softer than i prefer so i had slight back discomfort.

the breakfast was good, i can't deny that.
The room wasn't clean when i arrived. That's just not acceptable. also, room service failed to show up not once, but twice! trying to resolve these issues with the reception was an terrible experience, it was like talking to a wall.

the room was spacious, it had a wonderful separate bathroom and toilet. i enjoyed the great breakfast with lot of choice for everyone. i found free parking available, a huge plus for me. i had a great experience with the bus into the center, it was easy and convenient.
the room walls seem thin and some noise from neighboring rooms could be heard when doors are closed firmly.

staff provided helpful advice about local transportation, including the bus route into the city center. they also gave information about parking options. i had great support for local exploration.

Acceptable stay with some issues
unfriendly girlown cot
I booked a room and requested a cot for the baby. When I made the request, they wanted to charge 20 euros. I called reception and a very unfriendly girl answered. When I asked her name, she said she didn't have to give it and refused to transfer me to her supervisor. We ended up sleeping with the baby between two single beds. It was an unpleasant start.

A Pleasant Surprise Near Delft

The room was big. It had separate toilet and bathroom areas. The parking is free and large, so i found a space easily. Breakfast includes many options i didn't expect.
The room i booked didn't seem to have proper sound isolation, i did hear neighbors.

The breakfast buffet offered many delicious options. Fresh pastries are available. I also saw various hot dishes. The dining area is quite spacious and tables are cleaned quickly.
