a mixed experience
unwelcoming receptionistmissing toiletries
the receptionist i encountered upon arrival was not at the front desk , and i had to ring the bell repeatedly. when he finally was , his reaction to my frustration felt sarcastic and unwelcoming , which i found unprofessional. furthermore , i was disappointed that there were no toiletries in the bathroom. there were no shower gels or soaps , which i think is an essential offering , especially in a four-star hotel.

i liked that the room was a nice size. i am thankful the window opened so i could get some fresh air. free parking is great because parking can be expensive.
the front desk personnel were rude. they made me pay more then what the website said and the room was half cold half warm. i had to change the room but it was the same.

i had a few issues . the breakfast was overpriced for the limited options provided. the same items were offered every morning (over three days). also, the bathroom lacked sufficient shelving for personal items. plastic cups were provided for brushing teeth (they are not great).
