The staff really cared about my well-being. many employees have worked there for over twenty years and are clearly happy. the rooms were spacious, they were also in immaculate condition. its location is fantastic. Central park is steps away.

the breakfast was underwhelming. the cost for pancakes, bacon, coffee and an egg sandwich was over $80. the breakfast was plain and cold, it didn't meet expectations for a luxury hotel.
