fantastic stay near times square
helpful staff comfortable bed hazelnut coffee polite staff
i stayed here for a few nights. the staff was helpful and polite. my room was adequate. i loved the hazelnut coffee. the bed was supremely comfortable (i slept very well).
the air conditioner was a little noisy.

the lounge was inviting. i enjoyed snacks and beverages throughout the day. breakfast was simple, yet sufficient. the location is very convenient to broadway and times square.
the room was small even though i was told it was upgraded. the pillows were not comfortable. the usb ports in the room did not work and i did not get a helpful suggestion.

A Fine Stay Near Broadway
friendly staff complimentary wine snack availability perfect location
I liked friendly staff very much. The hotel gifted a complimentary wine bottle because of my anniversary. I really appreciated the continental breakfast and snacks available all day. I found the location perfect for theater visits.
The air conditioning unit made some noise, so I slept less comfortably one night.

the staff was very cute at check-in. the room was very comfy and tidy (i slept really well).
the air conditioning unit was quite noisy in my room. there was also not a lot of airflow throughout the building.
