Check in was smooth. The room was clean. I enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour. I was able to get to my flight on time.
The front desk staff was not very attentive to guest needs. I did have to ask multiple times for a receipt after checking out. I never received the email, despite asking about it.
