the hotel features four swimming pools and three restaurants. staff provided car service to different hotel locations. i found the gym and other facilities excellent. i appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and attentive service.

the hotel breakfast menu had items advertised, yet these items required additional payment. a promised 20% restaurant discount was not applied. this created a small inconvenience during checkout.

the staff spoke good english (a definite plus).

I did not appreciate europe beaches being controlled by individual entities. Payment was needed to secure a shaded spot and prices were too high. (this made relaxing difficult).

The staff are friendly and helpful. upon arrival, we received refreshing iced tea during check-in. They even showed us the resort map. the front desk provided beach towels, a great convenience. i loved the modern bathroom, especially the excellent shower.

i noticed that if you have a car, valet parking is not available, despite the hotel's 4-star rating.

breakfast was quite good, with very tasty snacks and dinners available throughout the day. the restaurant staff provided excellent service with great vibes and laughs. i found this dining experience nice.

They really were really good making us feel at home. The hotel's design is beautiful and super clean with views that are amazing. I especially loved the pool area, which became our favorite spot to unwind after exploring the island.

The staff welcome felt a little improvised (however it didn't affect my vacation).

They greeted us with refreshing iced tea upon arrival. our room was fine, it featured a modern bathroom with a great shower. i particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a fridge and a deck with a spa. they provided towels for the beach and even arranged a private shower after checkout.

The so-called upgrades can be misleading. They might move you to a room that suits their needs rather than your preferences, affecting the view.

The staff provided iced fruity tea upon arrival. The front desk showed a resort map. The hotel shares parking with the beach and Hyde beach club. Staff escorted us to our room and brought our bags. The bathroom was modern with a great shower. The room included a fridge and a deck with a spa. lounge chairs. The front desk provided towels for the beach. A server took our orders for cocktails and wine at the beach. The front desk sent people to bring our bags down and stored them. A private shower allowed us to freshen up after checking out before our flight.
