the room was spacious and the interior design felt up to date i found the location quite convenient it was close to the stations for trams metros and buses the breakfast was delivered to the room and i thought that was lovely

the staff service felt inconsistent there were times when responsiveness was slow the cleanliness was poor i noticed that the floors were not mopped or vacuumed the coffee provided wasn't to my taste it tasted quite weak

the breakfast was delivered to my room each morning. the options were so good and tasty. the staff was really helpful, so considerate. i found the rooms spacious and also clean, well furnished. it was such a good experience.

the view from my room wasn't particularly scenic. it didn't detract from the overall quality. however, it's something to be aware of. it would have been nice to have a better outlook.

The breakfast choices were extensive, and the quality of each item was superb! the fact that it was delivered to our room daily added a special touch. The wellness center was a highlight of my stay. It offered a magical space to relax after a long day. The staff was always eager to assist with any requests. Their friendliness.

I noticed a small issue with the coffee pods. The quantity provided was slightly limited for a longer stay. however, everything else was spot on

the hotel provided good service. i found breakfast delivered to the room daily, with generous portions. the family suite provided us with plenty of space with two bedrooms, which helped a lot traveling with family. we also liked that metro access was close by, just a block away.

i found that there wasn't regular cleaning. we had to ask for them to come to clean.

The breakfast was brought to the room exactly on time. I found this convenient.

The staff walked in on me while I was in the bathroom. I asked the cleaner to leave several times, but she didn't. The reception didn't think this was a problem. This customer service ruined my stay!!!
