lovely stay
helpful staff superb location delicious options
i enjoyed my room very much it was well-decorated and comfortable. the staff proved helpful throughout my stay i appreciated their friendly attitude. the location was superb allowing me easy access to various village attractions. the breakfast i had included very delicious options to choose from
the cups in my room were too small i would have liked larger ones for my tea. i think bigger cups would improve the experience

my room was very spacious providing ample space for relaxation and movement. it was neatly decorated creating a pleasant atmosphere. the bed offered really good comfort ensuring a restful night's sleep i definitely felt very well rested.

easy parking complimentary coffee comfortable bed tasty lunch
i found parking easily upon arrival and appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in my room. the bed was very comfortable , and the room decor was lovely. i had a really tasty lunch , and the service was very excellent.
the menu selection was a little limited .

limited view unclean room
The staff was cute from the minute I arrived.
I paid for a room with a view, but it was very limited. The room was also hot because the radiator was on full (a real inconvenience). There was no fresh water available, and the room wasn't very clean.

a mixed experience
stuck radiator small teacups
the location was convenient.
the radiator in my room was stuck on, so the room was very hot. someone tried to fix it but ended up turning off the heating for the entire building at 10 pm. also, the teacups were too small.

Mixed Experience with Some Issues
greasy food unfriendly barman
The room had a nice selection of teas and coffees, as well as toiletries.
The breakfast was greasy and I could not eat it. The service was inconsistent because one younger bar man wasn't friendly. The staff should also check any special requests because our request for a bottle of bubbles did not happen.
