lovely accomodations
friendly staffclean bedlarge portionssignal loss
i found the staff friendly and accomodating, they really were really nice too ensure my comfort. the superior king room had a comfy and clean bed. the food tasted good, offering bistro pub style with large portions.
i noted that the television experienced some signal loss issues. this happened frequently.

the service i received included staff readily available to assist with requests. they promptly addressed my inquiries and provided helpful information regarding local attractions. the team seemed attentive and worked diligently to ensure i felt welcomed.

faulty heatingnoisy room
the heating system was faulty. the entire building felt cold. management did not inform guests about the heating issue before arrival. i also noted noise from staff quarters located above my room.

I loved the modern interiors! The rooms and bar area are finished to such a high standard. I found the rooms super clean and fresh. I really enjoyed the modern shower and bath facilities. The bed was very comfortable!
The evening menu options are a little disappointing, it is true.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were all very nice to me. I enjoyed a full English breakfast that was certainly adequate for the day ahead.
