The staff was helpful and cute. Laz, the manager, was kind and accommodating. I experienced great hospitality. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice.
The hotel looked somewhat "tired," both internally and externally, and the decor made the interior quite dark.

I received very friendly service from the staff, which i appreciated. the lady who checked me in also managed the bar and served my dinner. Her service was very efficient. my room was adequate for my overnight needs, it was also clean and tidy.
the hotel looked very dated, it needs some tlc, i'm afraid. there were no toiletries provided, despite the website stating they would be. also, my room's heating turned off at night, so i felt cold.

the check-in process was seamless and the lady, les, was lovely. she was friendly and chatty when she also served us dinner. the food was delicious with a reasonable price tag!!!
