mixed feelings about my stay

payment process western union

the payment process caused significant issues. i was asked to pay upon check-in despite having secured the reservation with my card. this required me to get cash which left me short of funds for other activities. it took almost three days to receive money via western union causing much frustration

fantastic rooftop service

attentive service specialty cocktail happy greeting great duo

francisco and alejandro were attentive on the rooftop bar. they catered to my every need and anticipated everything i could want. they even made me a specialty cocktail when i couldn't decide. i looked for them every time i went upstairs and they greeted me with a high five and a smile.

the a/c seemed weak despite being very loud (i switched it off at night).

zen music attentive service

The rooftop pool featured quiet zen music until 10 AM. Then a DJ started. I enjoyed the gorgeous view and attentive service from Fransisco Miguel. He remembered every detail despite running around for 10 hours.

Drying wet clothes in the room was challenging. I only had a string in the shower.
