a haven of tranquility
warm hospitality fresh fruit relaxing massages quiet garden
the staff showed warm hospitality making me feel welcome i appreciated the fresh fruit provided daily in my room the spa offered relaxing massages at a fair price the quiet garden became my little sanctuary each afternoon i really loved the super calm place
the lack of air conditioning in the bathroom created a slight discomfort while dressing

the resort is near the thewes pier providing easy boat access to the wat phra kaeo and wat po sites this location is convenient for exploring important historical landmarks and cultural sites with minimal travel time

a tranquil retreat
relaxing area perfect respite quiet escape
the outdoor area was relaxing. the pool and its seating arrangement provided a perfect respite. the breakfast offered many tasty options i did not expect. our room, a mattana beautiful, was a quiet escape from the city noises.
during my stay, i did note that some of the bathroom fixtures were not in perfect condition. the silicone sealant had traces of mold. such details detract from a luxurious experience. i hope this will be addressed.

amazing staff fantastic garden delicious breakfast nice pool
i thought the staff are really kind and helpful. i find the garden fantastic, it's like a oasis. breakfast are delicious and the pool are so nice, i enjoyed it so much. near the hotel are a lot of facilities, such as a market or for massage.
the facilities, felt a bit normal. the water pressure was low in the shower, and its temperature wasn't consistently warm. this was a minor thing but it affects my relaxation a little. but overall, everything are fine.

my room are very clean and spacious, it includes a king sized bed with soft linens. there are a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. a flat screen television with many channels. the air conditioning worked great, keeping the room cool.

the hotel provides a free shuttle to the nearest bts station, very convenient. there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. i did like that it was located on a quiet street, far from the main road.

staff members are always smiling and eager to help. the concierge helped me book tours. the housekeeping staff kept my room super clean everyday. they also offer a turn down service with complimentary cookies.

amazing stay!
cozy room comfortable bed central location pleasant staff
I loved the cozy, spacious rooms, especially the comfortable beds! the swimming pool's central location made it super convenient from any room. I was able to pop over for a quick dip anytime. the staff was so pleasant, their attentiveness really added to the experience! i noticed how well they maintained the hotel. It was great to not worry about mosquitos.
The breakfast was average, not what i'd expect from a hotel of this quality.

My mattanee superior room included daily towel service and water bottles, really useful. the room size was perfect for a couple. the air conditioning worked super well, and kept the room at just the right temperature!

The hotel is quietly situated though the grand palace is easily reachable by boat. I enjoyed the quiet surroundings. there were some beautiful temples near, so it made for a scenic walk! the little street market outside each evening was also a nice touch.

I had lunch once and i found it delicious! the bottomless coffee at breakfast was a great perk, and the "eggs your way" were freshly prepared. the dining area itself felt cozy and comfortable. I loved starting my day there.
