charming stay

friendly staff site parking local beer
i stayed in a twin room that was quite nice. the staff were very friendly and helpful . i found parking on site which allowed me to leave my car and explore the town. the pub had a good selection of local beers (i especially enjoyed the welsh cider).
i noticed the smoke alarm in the bedroom seemed faulty, disturbing my sleep a little.

Decent Stay in a Convenient Location

friendly staff roast dinner free parking thin wall tiny bathroom broken fan
I appreciated the friendly, cute staff. I enjoyed a great roast dinner and the free parking was useful. Remembering to register my car at the online counter display was essential.
I found the bedroom walls thin. I heard neighbors talking and their radio on all night. The bathroom was also tiny with a very low ceiling. the fan was broken.

the staff was friendly and cute. the room location was good, and the facilities were clean. i really appreciated accessing the room earlier so my feet could rest (after a long travel).

missing toiletries closed pub
the location was central for exploring. staff seemed friendly.
the room felt overpriced. toiletries were only provided for one person, even though two of us shared a twin room. the pub did not serve food one evening, and it was shut when i returned at 8.45pm. i had not been told this beforehand.

excellent stay

warm welcome extended parking
The welcome was warm and relaxed. the staff generously provided two days of parking. This extended opportunity allowed exploration after checkout. the cromwell suite room felt historic with seventeenth-century features.

helpful staff amazing food professional staff
the staff helped carry my bag to my room. the food tasted amazing. the bar staff worked professionally (always a plus).
The shower gel supply felt limited. Only one small bottle was available.
