The location allowed easy access to the main shopping area. Many restaurants were also nearby. The hotel offered complimentary laundry and a common chill room with tea and coffee, both very useful. Staff was also very helpful .

The room service happened only once in three days. The explanation of this eco stay was not clear during check in. This led to some inconvenience with towel management and general tidiness.

The hotel offered free laundry on site which was definitely convenient.

The room service was only once every three days with their "eco stay" option. I was not told about this during check in. The tatami area also was not swept and had dust balls EVERYWHERE.

I found the rooms quite spacious. i appreciated the free laundry washing facilities. It was a definite bonus. the hotel provided coffee and water outside the door even with the 'do not disturb' sign, which i found considerate. the location had a lovely atmosphere.

I thought the room service happened only once every three days under the eco stay program.
