the room offered fine views of meriken park and the harbor. i appreciated the reliable shuttle service to the station (it made commuting easy). the staff were helpful in providing cords for devices, which i found quite useful.

the hotel's location, while close to many restaurants and harbour town, requires a cab ride from kobe station (costing approximately 1000 yen). this was a bit inconvenient.

the hotel includes a family mart convenience store, great for quick necessities. i noticed that the hotel also provides a shuttle bus service, however, it accommodates only 19 passengers at a time. wedding guests receive priority seating on the bus.

our standard double east view room had a balcony overlooking osaka to the east. it was pleasant to enjoy the kobe harbor light show each evening from the balcony. the room felt spacious, super clean and cozy.
