The hotel offered a very convenient shuttle bus to the Shinkansen station. It saved time. My room was spacious. The view from the balcony provided great scenery. There was also a convenient FamilyMart located on site, a nice feature.

The air conditioning is centrally controlled, so my room felt a bit warm. A small window offered minimal fresh air. It was slightly uncomfortable.

The room temperature was difficult to control. It was too hot, and the only solution offered was opening a small window, which didn't help much.. even left their doors open to try to cool down their rooms. I was also surprised to find that using the gym and swimming pool required an extra fee.

The hotel features multiple restaurants, included in the breakfast option.. The shuttle bus runs three times every hour and connects to central stations. I found a Family Mart store located directly below the hotel to be very convenient.

The gym and pool required an extra fee, which I found surprising. I thought these facilities should be included in the stay without additional charges.

The check-in process was fast. When I requested chopsticks, they were delivered to my room promptly. I want to commend Oda San, who was the reception manager as she was professional.

The breakfast buffet had a splendid view and tasty food. There is a French restaurant on the ground floor. It offered high-quality food. The hotel includes multiple dining options.

The rooms are spacious. Rooms on the high floors have a nice view. The room included a sofa that could serve as a bed for additional guests. The cleanliness of the room was also amazing.
