inconsistent service detracts from stay

poor service repetitive menu

the hotel location is fairly good.

The service at the kati restaurant was disappointing. Many employees struggled with english making ordering difficult. the menu seemed unchanged daily, i found this repetitive. we waited an excessive amount of time for service one evening and ultimately left to dine elsewhere.
