The hotel's effort to reduce plastic use really impressed me. They provided reusable water bottles. the sri lankan breakfast was delicious and filling. i stored my luggage after checkout, helpful at the time.

The sound isolation from the outside yard was not very effective. Any noise in the morning came right through the door and the window.

The staff responded quickly to messages when i wanted to book the room. That was acceptable.

i found i was charged extra on arrival since there were two of us. somehow the superior double room that i booked was only for one person. the receptionist was not helpful at all and had quite an attitude.
