a peaceful, romantic dream
beautiful timberwork clean water attentive staff breakfast box
i adored the timberwork on all building. the pools have clean water. the staff members provided excellent help. kent. josh was very attentive at the spa. the hotel has beautiful gardens. staff packed us a breakfast box. the setting is lovely. it was not long to phuket AIRPORT.

the hotel sits right on the beach and offers amazing sunsets, i enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. the beautiful beach has clean, clear water. it makes it a wonderful place for couples who seek a relaxing time away from the city.

josh, noi and nek from the spa were really good, very attentive and catered to our needs. all the staff deserves high praise and seems always helpful. staff seems cordial and smiling, always ready to assist guests.

average experience with some drawbacks
inconsistent a c greasy croissants
i noticed maintenance issues. the air conditioning in the gym was not consistently running, it was uncomfortably hot until someone manually turned it on. the food was also subpar. I found the croissants too greasy (i expect a higher quality).

poorly supervised facilities reception atmosphere
the beach was located conveniently across the street from the villas.
i booked a pool villa in july 2024 for four nights and found many facilities were poorly supervised. the large reception lacked atmosphere and a sense of arrival (it looks grand on the outside).
