The staff made an effort to maintain the place to the highest standard. Everything I saw on the website regarding photos matched what I found upon arrival. I also liked the large rooms. The varied food buffet offered reasonable prices.

The hotel is situated on a steep incline. You are bound to the beach shuttle schedule because of this location. The breakfast spread seemed minimal for a hotel. This is based on my personal experience.

The resort was super clean. the pool and jacuzzi were very inviting. I loved that the rooms were very well kept and clean. there was a convenient shuttle running between the resort and the main areas, like center and beach. i appreciated this service, it made getting around easier.

I did notice that the breakfast options, while good, could have used a bit more variety. It's just a minor thing though.

i received a welcome drink when i arrived the staff prepared a birthday decoration in my room it included a chocolate cake the customer service was excellent i had booked my stay at the airport i really enjoyed the pool even though it was raining every day.
