I arrived before official check-in time. I had to make a call, though this was my fault. The shower did not work correctly. the TV did not function. I reported the issues, and staff said they would resolve them. upon my return, I discovered no one had entered the room to fix anything. Staff said they never enter rooms without guests present. I expected basic servicing like bed making and coffee refills. The staff were pleasant, yet my expectations went unmet.
