The staff were nice and very helpful. The room was spacious. It had all the amenities I needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. That's always important.
The pool was small, and services there were limited. Valet parking was the only option. I would have liked self-parking. I ordered water, and reception ignored me the second time. I had to buy some outside.

The hotel offered a good location near many restaurants. my room was clean, well-equipped and spacious, i liked this feature. i did enjoy the rooftop pool. It gave me nice views across the city. the staff were very friendly and helpful .
the gym could use some new equipment, but it's a minor point.

hotel staff were friendly. breakfast had a lot of choice. the pool area was lovely to relax at. i found the room spacious and super clean.
i ordered water twice the second time the reception ignored me and i had to go buy from outside.

The laundry service was very practical. The rooftop pool offered NICE views. I also walked to Rainbow Street and the Roman Theater. The location could not be MORE perfect. The staff were all very helpful .
The gym was a bit small, it only had two treadmills.
