helpful staff comfortable bed ample amenities limited services valet parking ignored request
The staff were nice and very helpful. The room was spacious. It had all the amenities I needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. That's always important.
The pool was small, and services there were limited. Valet parking was the only option. I would have liked self-parking. I ordered water, and reception ignored me the second time. I had to buy some outside.

The room was so clean and well set up i loved it. breakfast had tasty options and prompt service! the valet service was fast. I was impressed.
the pool was a little small though it did the job.

The hotel offered a good location near many restaurants. my room was clean, well-equipped and spacious, i liked this feature. i did enjoy the rooftop pool. It gave me nice views across the city. the staff were very friendly and helpful .
the gym could use some new equipment, but it's a minor point.

hotel staff were friendly. breakfast had a lot of choice. the pool area was lovely to relax at. i found the room spacious and super clean.
i ordered water twice the second time the reception ignored me and i had to go buy from outside.

EXCELLENT Hotel EXPERIENCE
laundry service rooftop pool perfect location
The laundry service was very practical. The rooftop pool offered NICE views. I also walked to Rainbow Street and the Roman Theater. The location could not be MORE perfect. The staff were all very helpful .
The gym was a bit small, it only had two treadmills.

Staff assisted quickly with requests. The staff were polite at ALL times. Security personnel was visible, ensuring safety. The reception answered all our questions. They were very helpful and very professional overall.
