fantastic location great dining kind staff poor front small lounge terrible bed

the location is fantastic for seeing many sites. the hotel restaurant has great dining options. the staff were very kind to me.

The front lobby made a poor first impression. It felt very old. the lounge is very small and the service there was not good. the bed was terrible. It was memory foam well beyond its prime.

the complimentary water in the room was a nice touch the staff organized restaurant reservations before arrival this service proved quite useful. the hotel location allows easy walking to major sites i found this accessibility very convenient. breakfast was really good the evening meal was also quite good

The breakfast was quite underwhelming. It was included, yet very limited. ordering anything beyond the basics incurred extra charges, which seemed a bit much. also, i found the lighting in the room to be too dim. It was difficult to get ready in the dark space.
