Really good Hotel Experience!
excellent barwide ranging breakfastfitness center
I picked this place because it's just outside the crazy city center. The Alma Metro station on line 1 is only a quick 20 minutes from Central Station. Interchange stations makes it easy to reach attractions. I used the fitness center, and they have a excellent bar. Wide ranging breakfast and dinner menu is available.

The Beautiful King Room was spacious. Black out curtains kept the room dark. A water boiler was very useful for making tea. The room features modern, elegant design elements, complementing the hotel's aesthetic.

The staff members were friendly. I also appreciated the concierge. Youssef helped me plan excursions. He also arranged taxis for me to get around.

The food was good. I enjoyed the extensive options. Breakfast service began early, which allowed an early start to the day. Everything tasted so delicious and was always fresh, with constant refills and attention to cleanliness.

the room was a decent size.
The service was slow, particularly at check-in. I felt the staff seemed undertrained. there were also noticeable maintenance issues in my room. Some fixtures were loose and the paint was peeling, suggesting a lack of attention to detail. this really detracted from the overall experience.

Fantastic Brussels Stay!

Breakfast included an intercontinental selection. A chef was available to prepare meal options between 6:30 AM and 10:30 AM. The swimming pool was large enough for doing laps. I found sufficient parking space and enjoyed nearby areas to walk my dog.
The hotel didn't have hot water . I received no prior warning or follow-up apology from staff.

All staff members were very helpful. The concierge was instrumental in helping plan excursions and arranging taxis. This individual provided recommendations for places to eat.

The hotel featured well kept, modern facilities. There was proximity to the airport and UCLouvain. Spaces for sports and relaxation were available including fitness, a pool, and a sauna.

The room light was bright, a plus for asian guests. The room included capsule coffee machine. The bed and mattress provided comfort. The room cleaning service provided a super clean environment.
