charming escape
lovely staff beautiful rooms crispy wrap
I was charmed by the amazing staff, they remembered our drinks orders quickly. the rooms had towel art which was a lovely surprise. the snack bar had great options if we wanted a quick bite. The crispy chicken wrap was my favorite.
the beach is marketed as private but it's used by families. they also use the hotel loungers. this affected the quiet i expected from an adults-only hotel.

the room included a well-stocked mini-fridge, refilled daily, that offered beer and fizzy drinks. the bathroom provided ample space with replaced shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. beds featured super comfy pillows, ensuring restful sleep each night.

The guest relations staff were helpful arranging sightseeing trips. they also offered multiple channels for communication. the staff even taught us some turkish when we asked. Their english was fantastic, so language was never a barrier.

The buffet provided lots of flexibility with meal times. It also gave us the chance to try lots of different foods. the hotel offered a high-quality all-inclusive experience. the snack bar had a lovely offering of crispy chicken wraps and churros.

the hotel offered three super clean pools, providing plenty of space to relax. there was nightly entertainment with singers, dancers, and acrobatics, something for everyone to enjoy. the hotel provides a pool table, which we enjoyed.

Amazing stay!
lovely swimming pools easy access thick covers
The hotel has three lovely swimming pools with beautiful views. The beach is easily accessible. Sunbeds include thick covers. The buffet restaurant offers variety. I found something I liked. The specialty restaurants impressed me with superb food and professional management.
The entertainment could use new material, as it was the same as previous years.

All staff are attentive. Many staff members constantly clean and look after the premises. Certain staff were really nice.

various food available drinks cocktail selection
The food was great (especially the pancakes!). the main restaurant food had lots of variety. i liked the selection of available drinks. There were wine, lager, spirits and loads of cocktails.

i found the staff very nice. the front office team was attentive. the restaurant staff provided great service. the bar and pool staff were fantastic so i can say only good things.
they do not provide receipt for payments. i paid for extras, i didn't even get items that i was paying for.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!!!
kind staff clean rooms thorough housekeeping
The staff was kind and always ready to help. I especially want to mention Hayrettin at Lu Bar. His service always came with a smile. The rooms were very clean. I appreciated the thorough housekeeping throughout the hotel.
I found the towel area's location inconvenient. It required walking through the building to the spa, especially when wet from the pool.

The room was super clean and modern. It featured a super comfy bed and pillows. I also appreciated the daily replacement of shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner and the mini-fridge stocked with beer and fizzy drinks.

The buffet offered a great selection of fresh food, and items were promptly refilled. I particularly enjoyed the chargrilled meat served daily. The Turkish and Italian a la carte nights were AMAZING. I loved the sunsets.

spacious room filled minibar dirty plate hygiene issue
the room was very spacious it included a filled minibar also fruit and a bottle of wine were available i enjoyed the sea view from my room.
i found a dirty dinner plate with sticky food residue i saw that several plates had not been properly cleaned this was a hygiene issue. the all inclusive meal plan had been temporarily suspended it did not apply to the day we had booked i was expecting a buffet.
