the minibar charges were a real issue. i was charged for items i didn't use. the hotel couldn't provide proof of usage, they just compared the fridge to a catalogue. this seemed like a poor level of customer service!

i have been visiting this hotel annually. the staff feel like family now. the location is great because it is opposite the beach. the rooms were modern and also very clean.

the air conditioning in my room was quite NOISY, difficult to sleep soundly.

The hotel has a great location with beach access. The staff was helpful AND friendly. I would consider staying there again.

I was charged for using the minibar , but I did not consume anything from it . The hotel does not keep any documentation to verify minibar usage , SO I found this unacceptable.
