Fantastic Island Getaway!

menu variety island exploration harmless sharks

I really enjoyed the multiple restaurants. I found a lot of variety in the menus. The villa had bikes, so island exploration was easy. I also loved the snorkeling trips. I saw various fish and even harmless sharks!

watersports activities buffet breakfasts long waiting service quality

The resort island is gorgeous. The watersports activities were very fun and well organized. I really enjoyed the snorkeling. Seeing various sea creatures near the reefs was amazing. the buffet breakfasts were delicious!

I found some issues. Waiting times were excessively long. It took an hour to get lunch and another hour for a buggy. I asked for some requests multiple times. The staff seemed to forget them after my initial inquiry.

mixed feelings about the stay

limited choices inconsiderate guests

this left few choices especially with children. the beach cabanas also posed a problem inconsiderate guests reserved them all day without using them. the water sports time limit was too short.

friendly staff luggage handling expensive water broken machine

the staff were friendly enough i guess. they managed to get my luggage to my room eventually.

The minibar was a total rip-off. I saw a small bottle of water priced like liquid gold. also, the ice machine was broken for two days, just unacceptable at this price point. i expected better than lukewarm drinks.

ocean proximity separate sinks rainfall shower

I stayed in a beautiful king room beach view and the proximity to the ocean was amazing. the room included two separate sinks. It also had a rainfall shower. breakfast at feast offered multiple varieties, though the buffet could use some new ideas.

the resort was nice though the minibar was charged separately, it wasn't clear in the all-inclusive package.
