i stayed at this hotel for a week. my beach villa was fantastic and close to the water! the room was clean. i ate really tasty food with a big variety, i loved the thai options.

music played loudly, i felt that it lacked a quiet zone. drinks were very limited at the bar and not high quality. there was no sparkling wine, this was very dissapointing.

this resort is REALLY amazing!

i stayed for six nights in a water villa with direct lagoon access and saw baby sharks! the room have a large bed, a separate living area, and a spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower. the food is so various and delicious, international cusine all prepared with care!

the gym, while functional, it only have limited equipment

The food had great variety with Indian Chinese and European choices.

The beach was rocky with limited umbrella availability , made it hard to relax in the sun. The staff made noise by the beach while washing chairs during the day when guests wanted to use them. The floor in my room was falling apart I had to watch my step.

I must say, the underwater restaurant thing was a total tease. they show it off like it's part of the deal, but then hit you with a massive bill to actually eat there. and don't even think about just peeking inside. They guard that place like it's fort knox. also, the checkout was pretty rude since they tried to stop me from getting lunch even though my flight was hours later.

the resort have food that i am just loving. chefs were really good and food are plenty, especially chinese and indian stuff. i never have table problems even it gets busy. about seventy percent resort capacity that time, but all good.

i find few things i do not love so much. the plastic glasses for drinks seem cheap, especially when wine comes. i want glass for my wine, i just do. and getting water at the bar took time, staff were making cocktails always.

The resort's proximity to the airport made the transfer convenient. It was about 15 minutes. A variety of food options were available during all meal times. The entire hotel was well kept. The staff members were attentive and helpful with any questions or requests.

The all-inclusive package lacked some high-end beverage options I would have expected.

The location is close to the airport. The speedboat transfer was only 15 minutes. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff members are very friendly and hardworking. The underwater restaurant provides an amazing experience.

The red satin dressing gowns in the room looked worn.
