A stay with some issues

The hotel grounds were very lovely. I enjoyed exploring along the river and nearby trails. It was a short drive to some very nice beaches. The rooms were top notch.

The room had almost no furniture, no closets or tables were available to put my stuff. The food wasn't great, and breakfast options felt limited. They dont give free drinking water for the room, I had to pay.

the food really disappointed me the breakfast options were quite limited and the overall quality was not what i expected considering the hotel's reputation. also i found that the staff sometimes lacked accurate information which led to some inconvenience. for example i wasn't correctly advised about payment methods for the park entrance or the necessary attire for the cacao tour.

i found birds everywhere because nature surrounds this resort. my bungalow remain spotlessly clean, and it felt very cozy. the restaurant had a good menu with quality food served quickly. i highly recommend it, especially the arepas with cheese for breakfast.

The electricity failed several times at night. Internet access was intermittent. staff did not promptly address this issue, causing mild inconvenience.

the hotel includes a refreshing swimming pool for adults and children, with poolside service for drinks and light snacks. i saw beautiful gardens with local flora and fauna near the lounge area. there is a spa providing treatments, including massages.
