the location near the park entrance was very convenient. i also appreciated being so close to nature beside the river. the staff were very friendly and helpful .

i found that the kitchen closed quite early. the food also lacked typical colombian dishes. i missed having options like caldo or sancocho.

The resort had many plants. comfortable loungers surrounded the GLORIOUS pool area, and it was very clean. angie at reception was a superstar. She arranged massages and a birthday table. she ensured all guests had everything they needed.

i found the location excellent for reaching the national park entrance, it was only a short walk. the pool area was fine, probably the nicest i have seen. breakfast offered many choices and the staff spoke english, a great help for international guests.

i found that the safety protocols need improving as i experienced a slight issue.

This resort benefits from its prime location. A short walk leads directly to tayrona park. the pool area provided a serene environment. i found plenty of comfortable loungers and fine gardens. the staff demonstrated really good hospitality.

i noticed that the kitchen closes relatively early. this limited options for late evening dining, a minor inconvenience. i would like more extended service hours to cater to different schedules.

broken blinds uncomfortable beds

the location is near tayrona park entrance, about 10 minutes by foot, a plus.

The room had only mosquito nets instead of windows, some blinds were broken. These allowed warm air inside, so the air conditioning did not cool the room well. bed sheets were low quality. the beds were also uncomfortable, made sleep difficult.
