huge room modern design convenient self-service
the room, a beautiful king room ocean view, was HUGE and well-laid out!!! i appreciated the modern design. the food variety was amazing, especially dinner!!! sushi was a highlight. self-service options for water, sandwiches, and fruit made everything so convenient.
the gym was not operational yet, slightly disappointing.

i found the rooms spacious, we booked a beautiful queen room ocean view, it was quite comfortable. the staff were pretty good too help, they are dedicated people.
There was little entertainment. It would have been nice to see a more extensive program.

Our room was beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed the sun loungers on our terrace. This. The hotel provides a shuttle to various locations. Carlisle Bay is one destination. Chairs and umbrellas are available for use through the hotel, which simplifies beach visits.
The advertised facilities did not fully match what was available. This was a little misleading.

The staff were very pleasant and polite. They contributed positively. One experiences friendliness from various staff members that enhances the stay. I received consistent care .

The gym is clean and accessible 24/7. This allows flexibility in workout schedules. The pools were clean, accessible and always open. Many lounge chairs and cabanas exist providing ample space for relaxation.

The hotel offers a grab-and-go station. This is convenient for quick bites. The food had great flavor for a large scale hotel. The variety ensures there is something to enjoy. Nespresso coffee is served throughout the hotel.

ocean view multiple pools fantastic food
the beautiful king room ocean view was amazing!!! it had a great view of the ocean and main pool. there were multiple pools available, so finding a quiet spot was easy. the food was fantastic, especially at the castle view restaurant.
the hotel is fairly new but some areas already seem a bit rusty.
