i appreciated the convenient location near the waterfront the pool was a definite highlight it offered a refreshing escape the breakfast had various options i found something i liked each morning the staff were consistently polite and efficient i found them helpful whenever i needed assistance

the gym's equipment needed updating some machines showed wear and tear which affected my workout experience i hope they address this soon to maintain a high standard

i found the staff always available and quite helpful. they made a difference (especially during breakfast). the breakfast buffet was good. the rooms were spacious and very clean. we looked out at the ocean from our window. i really enjoyed this.

i tried to go to the pool to take some pictures. the woman checking us out had a hostile attitude (wow). she stated that we were not allowed because we checked out. the tone was frowned upon. customer service representatives should inform customers properly.
