The hotel's tropical landscaping looked lush and was maintained well.

The food was a huge disappointment. It impacted the whole stay. The quality was poor across the board. There weren't many options for vegans or vegetarians. The food arrived cold even when catered.

The resort proximity to the airport made travel simple. Entertainment each evening at the hotel was great. I liked the daily activities at the pool and with bingo. These were fun.

I found some staff not quick to respond to requests.

The bed in my Luxury Junior Suite was very comfortable. I appreciate the efficient 24-hour room service. My son loved the Kids club. He wanted to go back immediately. The staff were kind, and .

The food at Taj restaurant was amazing, and it was lovely to experience another cuisine. I especially liked the employees at Nibbles Restaurant. They provided excellent service. Breakfast offered a large number of options, made for a good start to the day.
