i stayed in a beach facing apartment it had a jacuzzi the apartment was very nice and very clean the staff are lovely and very helpful they ensured all our needs were met the beach is great the resort has a perfect location with access to a beautiful waterfront
the fine dining restaurant wasn't quite the fine experience it is promoted as i found it to be just ok

My room included two separate sinks. This was helpful for organizing toiletries! the rainfall shower was a nice feature. Water pressure was consistent. the villa also provided a small office area. This allowed me to manage some emails efficiently.
The resort's dinner options felt somewhat limited. It would have been nice to have a slightly broader selection.

i found the rooms to be among the finest i have ever stayed in and for what i paid, it was awesome value! i would definitely recommend it. the grounds were beautiful, and my family and i got upgraded to a huge suite. staff members like tony and pero helped to make our week super fun. i appreciated that!
I found the breakfast to be very poor for a supposed five star hotel. The pastries were of bad quality! the food generally was also poor and drinks were too expensive. i asked for a cocktail and it was already pre made. ugh!

Callilou restaurant provides vegan options. That is great. i saw the breakfast package includes access to the breakfast bar with american style and st lucian treats. also, there is excellent transport staff that makes navigating the large resort easy.

The resort offers spacious suites that are well maintained. villas felt luxurious. The rooms were spotlessly clean. toiletries are good quality and abundant. also, golf cart rides from the room to the lobby were very convenient!

i enjoyed breakfast near the calming beach. the included breakfast without the all inclusive package was very convenient. the hotel looked pristine. i got lucky to connect with a taxi driver who regularly provided transportation services. i requested his services daily when i wanted to explore destinations outside the resort.
i noticed that the management gave conflicting information when resolving issues. also the price does not reflect the attention to detail. there was no welcome card in the room even though it was for a special birthday celebration. the food was ok but no dishes stood out.

our room included a full kitchen to prepare meals and snacks. the room had comfortable and spacious accommodation. it included a washing machine with washing powder for laundry needs. the daily room cleaning services were courteous and friendly.

I loved how spacious my suite was. i also enjoyed the convenient buggy service. It made getting around the resort very easy. the calm beach with its fine, white sand was wonderful. the staff were very friendly and always ready to help.
Some restaurants were not open every night because i visited off season. the food options felt limited, especially for vegetarians. There was not much variety.

the breakfast omelets at the beach club were amazing. the asian restaurant, suru, offered a beautiful setting and wonderful staff! there were various dining options available, including vegan choices at callilou restaurant.

The suite had a social bathroom, a laundry area, and a kitchenette, so convenient. the apartment was beautifully appointed. it was also clean and included ac, toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer. I felt pampered!
