the rooms was clean daily and it offered sea view from my balcony. the breakfast was rich and had a wide variety, also, the hotel has private beach access which is so special.

the hotel dont always change the bed linen daily i noticed.

loud music stained towels

The music by the pool was way too loud it ruined the atmosphere. I found different types of hairs in my bed that was pretty gross. The towels had stains and were not nice to use. The shower did not drain properly causing the bathroom to flood a bit

The staff WAS attentive. My room had a huge panoramic balcony. I enjoyed a bath with a sea view. This was a highlight.

The music by the pool WAS loud. It ruined the atmosphere near the pool! I found a few different types of hairs in the bed. The towels had stains, made them unpleasant to use.

lovely summer holiday!

heated pool sea view private beach fantastic staff

the two infinity pools were heated perfectly and offered a killer sea view. the private beach felt very caribbean with its warm, crystal-clear water. the sleek design featured a fun touch of cave vibes. breakfast was a treat (especially the pancakes!) and the staff, from reception to the bar, were fantastic.

i noticed some cigarette ends and ash around the sunbeds near the pool, with used bottles also present. this rubbish remained there throughout my stay. this suggests a need for a more consistent cleaning routine around the swimming pool area.

the room included a kettle for tea and coffee. daily cleaning service ensured the rooms remained tidy throughout the stay. a comfortable bed offered restful nights, complemented by a cozy balcony with a sea view.

the reception staff were very friendly and efficient. bar staff were polite and professional. the hotel offered complimentary towels for pool and beach use, ensuring guests had necessary amenities without extra charges.

breakfast was as good as other breakfasts at five stars properties in albania. great coffee was made for each guest with breakfast. the hotel offers varied breakfast, with pancakes and fried potatoes being popular.
