the staff showed kindness. they helped with directions and requests with a smile. the room, a superior room limited bay view, was clean and spacious. i found the poolside bar provided good value, with comfy loungers nearby for relaxation.

the staff answered my questions quickly. my room included two sinks and a rainfall shower. i had a superior room limited bay view. the breakfast buffet offered a varied choice and accommodated different schedules. the reception staff helped with transfers and baggage assistance. they were generally kind!
i heard loud snoring and talking from the next room. the walls seemed thin. i could hear everything.

The staff greeted me and showed me to my room. They chatted daily. they made sure i needed nothing. the staff started showing us the area. the staff told us what they have inside and outside of the hotel. the staff suggested places for visiting in corfu!

i found the hotel to be beautiful with great service. the staff effectively communicated in multiple languages. stelios was the best he helped us plan our trip with great dining experiences.
i noticed outside the hotel grounds the area looked a bit scruffy with some stagnant water.

The hotel seemed rather keen on extracting money. The pricey food looked like dog food yet cost £40. The free shuttle bus stopped running years ago. This affected the star rating. The hotel lowered its services but kept its 5-star rating. Once the hotel has your money it leaves you alone.

The rooms are spacious. I appreciated the private pool that came with the room I booked. The buffet breakfast included a great variety of food. The hotel staff helped book us onto a boat tour when it was fully booked. That meant a lot.
I found the walls a little thin, so there was some noise from neighboring rooms at times

the staff were kind and helpful. our room included air conditioning, a large shower, and a balcony. bottled water was replaced daily in the fridge (a lovely touch). free wifi was available throughout the resort, a real bonus.
