The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection.

The spa was a letdown. The pool looked murky and uninviting. Showers in the spa were cold, very disappointing. I also noticed a lack of hand soap in the spa toilets.

Amazing Hotel, I'll be Back

I found the hotel gardens to be very beautiful. They offer picturesque scenery. Everything was clean. The room was quite spacious. I had a comfortable bed. The robes were provided. I was able to sit on a nice terrace with excellent views.

The spa area showers did not have warm water, not ideal after a massage. I thought this was a small inconvenience in an otherwise great stay.

The location offers easy access to the island. It is a drive of twenty minutes to Palma. The hotel benefits from quiet surroundings. Some days I was alone by the pool, which I enjoyed a lot.

Breakfast included fruit, bread, meats, cheese, and pastries. Scrambled eggs and bacon were the only hot items. The pool area has space to find a spot in the shadow. The views from the pool were lovely.

mixed feelings about the stay

limited staffcold showers

the staff seemed stretched thin. it was sometimes difficult to get service at the bar because the waiter was busy in the restaurant (i swear, i pressed that call button a dozen times). also, the spa showers were cold, a small detail, but a detail nonetheless.
