fresh breakfast rooftop terrace small bathroom broken fridge
the location was great. the rooftop bar gave beautiful views. the breakfast was fresh. the spa access was a lovely touch, and i liked the rooftop terrace, it was quiet to catch the sun. the staff were very attentive at all times. it was a romantic trip
the bathroom seemed small for a five-star place. the air conditioning made a draft at night. the minibar fridge was broken which meant i couldn't keep anything cool. the tv remote didn't work upon arrival, and i had to ask for a replacement.

cancelled pick-up no explanation
the staff were lovely and made the stay comfortable.
The airport taxi situation was frustrating. i had arranged a late afternoon pick-up. I was reassured it was on its way. after waiting over 40 minutes, i was casually told it had been cancelled (no explanation was given).

the staff was lovely. my room was amazing with a sofa bed upstairs. room service was great, also housekeeping was good.

the hotel included a rooftop terrace. the terrace was very quiet and provided a relaxing spot to catch the sun. the private spa access lasted 45 minutes, giving enough time to enjoy the quiet and privacy.

helpful staff clean room rooftop terrace
i found the staff very helpful. the room was clean and well-designed. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace, it was a nice space to relax. breakfast service was yummy, i had a good choice of options.
the room had limited privacy because of the partially open bathroom concept. it may not be suitable for all travellers and affected my overall comfort.

amazing cleanliness friendly staff
the cleanliness was amazing and contributed positively to my experience. the staff were genuinely friendly. Their attentiveness.
i found the minibar fridge to be broken , this was an inconvenience. it limited my ability to store cool drinks in the room.

beautiful room rooftop bar
I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room with Spa Access. This room had excellent amenities including Bulgari toiletries. The rooftop bar was a real highlight. The drinks were pricey, but the view and vibe made it worth it.
The hotel is marketed as five-star, but it doesn't meet that standard.
