Really good Experience

modern equipment comprehensive breakfast convenient ordering fine sea views

The gym featured modern equipment. It included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I found the breakfast selection very comprehensive. The quality of ingredients looked high. I used the mobile app to order drinks. The ordering process was very convenient. My room offered fine sea views. The villa provided a relaxing quiet environment. The staff were friendly. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service. It runs to La Caleta. This made exploring nearby restaurants easy. The room was very spacious. It included a comfortable bed.

The app, necessary for ordering food and drinks, occasionally malfunctioned, which sometimes caused minor delays. I hope this is fixed soon.

Fine villa, attentive staff

warm hospitality safe feeling local produce calming atmosphere

The team in the pool area provided warm hospitality. Ismael, Álvaro, and Diego deserve recognition. Lifeguards such as Jorge, Carlos, and Lucas. Breakfast offered a wide range of fresh local produce, i found it very pleasant. I felt welcome from Guacimara and Daniela, the atmosphere was calming.

I noticed the hotel felt a little empty, but that's OKAY, not much to do on-site.

wonderful experience at a beautiful hotel

attentive staff breakfast selection

the housekeeping service came twice daily, a detail i did appreciate. the staff at the pool were very attentive, specially ismael, michelle, and diego. breakfast included a large selection and high-quality food, including dishes cooked right in front of you. the gym had modern equipment and provided a clean and spacious place.

The resort is beautiful, with spacious rooms and a well-equipped gym, i found it excellent. breakfast was superb, it featured a wide array of choices. the staff were attentive. Their presence felt timely without being intrusive? ismael at the pool bar and alvaro were friendly.

i found the location a bit isolated. a taxi or the free shuttle is needed to reach nearby restaurants in la caleta, but this inconvenience is manageable. the menus for lunch and dinner were somewhat limited, a minor drawback.

the hotel gym is well-equipped. it has high quality equipment. the shuttle service to la caleta is convenient. it made visiting the nearby area easy.

the pools are a disappointment. the lining is abrasive and the pools are very shallow. there is little shade at the pools. i found this uncomfortable.

fantastic hotel experience

amazing room fabulous views comfortable bed great service

The junior suite swim up sea view room was amazing with fabulous views! it was very spacious with a huge comfortable bed. the resort is a little isolated. A short taxi ride gets you to nice restaurants in la caleta. the breakfast was probably the best i've ever had, so many choices and great service! ismael at the pool bar takes care of everything and everybody. nothing is too much trouble for him. He is a credit to the brand.

ice for in-room drinks wasn't complimentary, i had to pay. it is a small detail, but a bit surprising in this type of hotel.
